A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERNS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH JOE JORDAN, AIA, AND
ASSOCIATES CONCERNING ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WITH THE CENTRAL LIBRARY FACIL-
ITY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires architectural ser-
vices in connection with the design and program analysis and re-
evaluation of the Central Library facility; and
WHEREAS, Joe Jordan, AIA, and Associates has submitted
a satisfactory proposal for said architectural services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
with Joe Jordan, AIA, and Associates concerning architectural ser-
vices in connection with the Central Library facility be, and
they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of December
1977.
