1977-830WHEREAS, The City of Anaheim has heretofore
acquired certain real property located within the corporate
limits of the City of Anaheim for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the
City of Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of said
City -owned real property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion
of its City -owned property for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby dedicate to public
alley, public utility and pedestrian purposes the following
described land situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, more particularly described as
follows, to wit:
The westerly 20.00 feet of Lot 5 in Block F of
the resubdivision of Block F of the Vineyard Lot
D3 as shown on a map filed in Book 1, Page 24, of
Record of Surveys in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county.
The west line of the above described 20.00 feet
is assumed to be the east line of Emily Street
now abandoned and described in Resolution No.
77R -418 recorded August 10, 1977, in Book 12331,
Page 14, records of said County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to record a certified
copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder
of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of
