1977-829WHEREAS, the City, of Anaheim desires to institute a
program of financial assistance enabling persons of low and
moderate incomes to obtain decent, safe and sanitary housing;
and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared whereby the
California Housing Finance Agency will provide such assistance
in the form of low interest home improvement loans; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of
December 1977.
