1977-818A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY OR
HIS DESIGNEE TO DETERMINE THE SUFFICIENCY OF
CLAIMS SUBMITTED AGAINST THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Section 910.8 of the Government Code
permits the City to give written notice of the insufficiency
of a claim to the claimant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council may designate a person
to determine the sufficiency of a claim; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to designate the City
Attorney or his designee as the person to determine the
sufficiency of claims pursuant to Section 910.8 of the
Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE

said claim fails to meet the requirements of Sections 910 and
910.2 of the Government Code.
