1977-817WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of the City
of Anaheim to obtain an objective audit of City's Workers'
Compensation Claims Administration; and
WHEREAS, the need for such an audit is of a type
and complexity requiring temporary services of a professional
and technical character; and
WHEREAS, Miken Associates, Inc. has the qualifica-
tions and experience to perform the aforesaid services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
Miken Associates, Inc. will perform said services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of
December 1977.
