LAID, DATED JULY 11, 1972, BE' rinE CITY

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 72R-293, a Lease
was entered into by and between the City and Richard E. Duffy
and Margaret A. Duffy; and
WI:EREAS, the parties hereto subsequently amended cer-
tain terms of said Lease by amendments dated May 21, 1974, and
December 28, 1976; and
WIIEREP1S, the parties hereto desire to again amend said
Lease to provide for an additional six-month period prior to com-
pletion of construction of additional rooms at Lessees' present
facility; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
amend said Lease.
1:1017, THEREFORE, BE IT =SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Third Amendment to Lease by and be-
tween the City of Anaheim and Richara E. Duffy and Margaret A.
Duffy, this day submitted, be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Third
Amendment to Lease for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of
