A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -726 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR STAFF AND SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT
AND CREATING THE NEW CLASS OF DATA COMMUNICATIONS
SPECIALIST.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff report
dated December 6, 1977 that the new class of Data Communications Specialist
be created, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 77R -726 which established rates of compensation for Staff and Supervisory
Management classes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
creating this class is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following class be created and allocated to the salary
schedule:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended Resolution
No. 77R -726 shall remain in full force and effect.
