1977-795WHEREAS, PCB -UPI Company is the owner of certain
real property known as Tract No. 9465 located in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California; and
WHEREAS. the City of Anaheim is the owner of a
street easement and chain link fence located thereon
adjacent to said Tract 9465; and
WHEREAS, PCB -UPI Company desires to replace said
chain link fence with a wrought iron fence to enhance the
aesthetic appearance of said development; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions
of an agreement between the City of Anaheim and PCB -UPI
Company relating to a street easement and fence as more
particularly described in said agreement be, and the same is
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of
