A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED RELINQUISHING
CERTAIN VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS PREVIOUSLY
DEDICATED TO THE CITY.
WHEREAS, on February 24, 1972, Alfred D. Paino and
Josephine Paino, Trustees under Trust Agreement dated
February 23, 1971, owners of the hereinafter described real
property, dedicated to the City of Anaheim, by a duly
executed access rights dedication deed, all vehicular access
rights which they might have for access on or to Hayward
Street across the following described property:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 14, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, shown as Parcels A and B on a
map filed in Book 12, page 34 of Parcel Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County.
AND WHEREAS, the dedication of vehicular access
rights to said Parcel A was made in the mistaken belief that
said dedication was required by Resolution No. 71R -239 when
in actuality said Resolution required the dedication of
vehicular access rights to said Parcel B only; and
WHEREAS, the dedication of vehicular access rights
to said Parcel A has created a landlocked parcel for which
no means of vehicular ingress or egress is currently available;
and
WHEREAS, the said owners of Parcel A have requested
the City of Anaheim to quitclaim the vehicular access rights
previously dedicated across said Parcel A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a quit-
claim deed on behalf of the City of Anaheim to Alfred D. Paino
and Josephine Paino, Trustees under Trust Agreement dated
February 23, 1971, quitclaiming any and all vehicular access
rights for access on or to Hayward Street across the follow-
ing described property:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the

South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
