A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING AN AMENDMENT TO VARIANCE
NO. 2768.
WHEREAS, after a request for an amendment to variance
by WILLIAM and MATHILDA EHRLE, owners, was received, a public hear-
ing before the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim was held
upon due and proper notice, resulting in a denial of amendment to
Variance No. 2768 being recommended to the City Council covering
the following described property:
All that certain land situated in the State of Cali
fornis, County of Orange, City of Anaheim, described
as follows:
Lot 73 of Tract No. 2350, as shown on a Map recorded
in book 69, pages 45, 46 and 47 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
the City Council caused the review of said Planning Commission ac-
tion at a public hearing noticed and held as prescribed by law and,
as a result thereof, the City Council does hereby make the follow-
ing findings:
1. That there are no special circumstances applicable to the
property and relating to said requested amendment which do not apply
to other property in the same vicinity and zone.
2. That strict application of the zoning code with respect
to said requested amendment does not deprive the property of privi-
leges enjoyed by other property in the same vicinity and zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the requested amendment to said Variance
be, and the same is hereby, denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City. Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of December, 1977.
