A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -707, NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECT-
ING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR CERTAIN CLASSES.
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of November, 1977, the City Council of the
City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 77R -707, and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, salary schedules
for certain job classes were incorrectly stated, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim to correct Resolution No. 77R -707, nunc pro tunc,
to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 77R -707 be amended, nunc pro tunc, to read
as follows:
Section 1.
That effective October 14, 1977 through April 13, 1978 inclusive the
basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim
who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the classi-
fications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedules
in the Salary Schedule Master.

Section 2.
That effective April 14, 1978 through October 12, 1978 inclusive the
basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim
who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the classi-
fications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedules
in the Salary Schedule Master.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended
Resolution No. 77R -707 shall remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution
shall be October 14, 1977.
