1977-771WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain
nroperty located in the County of Orange, State of California;
and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires to
lease a portion of the property owned by the City of AnaheLa for
its use as a temporary shopping center; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim does not have a present
need for this nronerty and its use on an interL: basis or a tem-
porary shaming center would be beneficial to the Cit\7; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satifactory to tae City of Anaaeim.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Councid of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conitions of a lease
agreement with the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency for a tc:Aporary
shop?ing center on property more particularly describe in said
lease acireement he, ane the same are hereby, aproverA.
BE IT FliTHER RESOLVED that the :iayor City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
