RESOLUTION NO. 77R 766
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR
GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has added Section 18.03.050.050 to the Anaheim Municipal
Code establishing a procedure for the initiation of
General Plan amendments by application; and
WHEREAS, said Section 18.03.050.050 authorizes
the City Council to establish a fee by resolution for such
applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that the fee for any General
Plan amendment application shall be as follows:
$300.00 plus $5.00 for each acre of property,
or portion thereof, in excess of one acre for
which the General Plan amendment is requested.
In addition, if an environmental impact report
is deemed required in connection with said
amendment, the applicant shall reimburse the
City for all costs incurred in connection with
the preparation and /or processing of said report.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 22nd day of November 1977.
