1977-759WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheili has
elected to Proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Services Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq. Government
Code) in connection with the vacation and abandonment of public
service easements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, by resolution duly posted
and published, give notice of its intention to abandon the follow-
ing described public service easement (hereinafter "Easement"),
to wit:
The Easterly 10.00 feet of the Westerly 820.00
feet of the Northerly 660.00 feet of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 23,
Township 4 South, Range 10 'Test, S.B.B. II.; and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of November, 1977, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed abandonment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find from the evidence submitted to it, that said Easement is un-
necessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and abandons:tent
of said Easement.
AND BE IT FURTEER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the seal of
the City of Anaheim to be recorded in the Office of the County Re-
corder of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22na day NovRAher,
