A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF SUPPLEMENT NO. 3 TO LOCAL AGENCY STATE
AGREEMENT NO. 07 5055 WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RELATING
TO FEDERAL AID PROJECTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of July, 1977, the City
of Anaheim entered into Agreement No. 07 -5055, including
Supplement No. 1 thereto, with the State of California,
Department of Transportation, relating to the use of Federal
funds for certain improvements or restoration of roads,
streets, highways, fringe parking, and transportation
facilities; and
WHEREAS, on September 13, 1977, the parties
executed Supplement No. 2 to said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to execute Supplement
No. 3 to said Agreement to enable the City of. Anaheim to
obtain funds necessary for the installation of reflective
and non reflective raised pavement markers on various City
streets; and
WHEREAS, Supplement No. 3 to said Agreement has
been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are
satisfactory to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Supplement No. 3 are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day
of 'November 1977.
