RESOLUTION NO. 77R-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AMENDMENT TWO TO AGREEMENT
NO. H88888 (CETA PRIME SPONSOR) WITH THE ORANGE
COUNTY MANPOWER COMMISSION AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT
TWO TO AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Orange County
Manpower Commission has previously entered in Agreement No.
H88888 as amended for a Management Information System; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify said Agreement to
extend said term to December 31, 1977, and to amend the payment
schedule thereof; and
WHEREAS, Amendment Two to Agreement No. H88888 has
this date been submitted, the terms and conditions of which
are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of Amendment
Two to. Agreement No. H88888 between the City of Anaheim and the
Orange County Manpower Commission be, and they are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of
November 1977.
