1977-740WHEREAS, the City owns and operates the H. G. "Dad"
Miller Municipal Golf Course (hereinafter Golf Course); and
WHEREAS, City requires the services of a professional
golfer in the conduct and operation of said Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement entitled "Agreement for Pro
Shop Concession at H. G. 'Dad' Miller Golf Course" has been
prepared and presented to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement
are acceptable to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to approve said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the terms and condi-
tions•of said Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of
November 1977.
