1977-738WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of certain engi-
neering services for a helipad relocation project; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Agreement for Engineer-
ing Services Helioad" (hereinafter "Agreement has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, whereby Mc Lean Schultz, Inc. will pro
vide such engineering services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an Agreement between the City of Anaheim. and Mc Lean
Schultz, Inc. concerning engineering services be, and they are
hereby, approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agree
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOIIG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of November
1977.
