1977-736=LAS, it is the intention an desire of the City of
Anaheim to obtain technical assistance in determining comity
needs and resources for human services; and
wi-InnEAs, the services to be rendered are of a tyne an(a
comple:zity requiring services of a professional and technical
character and are of a temporary nature; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Group, Inc. has experience and
knowledge in performing said services; and
WHEREAS, an acjreement has been prepared, the terkAs anrd
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bv the City Council of
the City of Anaheila that the terms and conditions of an agreement
between the City of 2:inaheim and The Planning Group, Inc. for ser-
vices more particularly described in said agreement be, and the
same are hereby, anproved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor an City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
