1977-732WHEREAS, an Agreement for the administration of
claims under the City of Anaheim's Group Medical Insurance
Plan was entered into by and between the City and Galbraith
Green, Inc. on December 30, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said Agreement do mutually
agree that said Agreement should be amended relating to the
compensation payable to Galbraith Green, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Agreement has this day
been submitted, the terms and conditions of which are
satisfactory to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said Amendment to Agreement
between the City of Anaheim and Galbraith Green, Inc. be,
and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sign d by
