RESOLUTION NO. 77R -731
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2900 BY
DELETING CONDITIONS NO. 7 AND 9 THEREFROM.
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted Resolution
No. 2900 finding and determining that a change of zone was neces-
sary in certain areas more particularly described in said Resolu-
tion; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 2900 did contain certain
conditions of approval relating to said change of zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a duly noticed public
hearing on November 8, 1977, to determine whether certain condi-
tions should be deleted from said Resolution No. 2900; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby find and determine,
based upon the evidence and reports considered at said public hear-
ing, that Resolution No. 2900 should be amended in the manner here-
inafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2900 be, and the same is
hereby, amended by deleting Conditions No. 7 and 9 therefrom.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as herein expressly
amended, said Resolution No. 2900 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of November, 1977.
