1977-720WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 1616 on June 29, 1976, by Resolution No. 76R -379; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1616 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and that Resolution No. 76R -379 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of Novembe 1977.
