A RESOLUTIOE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEL CITY
OF ANAHEI DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND AS=ON CERTAL.:: PU3LIC SERVICE EP.SE
WEEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 30430 et seq., Goverment
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.

adjacent to and west of that certain public alley
which alley is located approximately 273 feet east of
the centerline of Euclid Avenue, the southerly ter-

north of the centerline of Ronneva Drive and extend-
ing northerly approximately 13C feet,
as said easements are shown on a map or plan cn file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT Funr=11 RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
public hearing to be held at 3:09 o'clock P.I., or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard, in the Council Cha:ober in the
City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
November 22, 1977
BE IT =LER a:soLvLD that the City Clerk shall cer-
tify to the passaGe of this resolution and shall cause the same
to be published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City of
Anaheim.
