RESOLUTION NO. 77R -710
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
NELLIE RULE TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE TO
1222 WEST PEARL STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Nellie Rule, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 211 South Claudina Street, Anaheim, to 1222 West Pearl
Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the lst day of November, 1977, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said house, at least ten days prior
to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners
appeared on the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly con
sidered said application, pursuant to Chapter 15.32 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code, for a house moving permit, together with
all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should not be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Nellie Rule to move
a dwelling house from 211 South Claudina Street, Anaheim, to
1222 West Pearl Street, Anaheim, California, be and the same is
hereby, denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this lst day of November,. 1977.
