1977-702WHEREAS, Ronald M. Cohen and Ricki Cohen, husband
and wife, hereinafter referred to as Licensees, are the
owners of property in the City of Anaheim over which the
City owns a public right -of -way; and
WHEREAS, Licensees wish to encroach upon a
portion of said easement for the purpose of the installa-
tion of brick in the parkway area and Type C curb; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensees are allowed to encroach
upon the right -of -way of the City, an extreme and undue
hardship will be caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such
installation across a portion of the right -of -way of City
will not interfere with the present use of the right -of -way
by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and Ronald M.
Cohen and Ricki R. Cohen be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said license
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of
October 1977.
