1977-692WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim determines the terms and conditions
of employment by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue the present
resolutions covering wages, hours and conditions of employment in
effect for classifications in the Executive Management Group, Program
Management Group, Staff and Supervisory Management Group, Confidential
Group, and the Unrepresented Group, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend said resolutions
to be effective October 14, 1977, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that the wages, salaries
and conditions of employment presently existing are subject to meeting
and conferring under the provisions of the Meyers Milias -Brown Act and,
therefore, are indefinite and subject to future determinations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the present resolutions covering employee wages,
hours and conditions of employment for classifications in the Executive
Management Group, Program Management Group, Staff and Supervisory Manage-
ment Group, Confidential Group, and the Unrepresented Group remain in
effect until superseded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when salary adjustment recommenda-
tions are made by the City Manager for classifications in the Executive
Management Group, Program Management Group, Staff and Supervisory Management
Group, Confidential Group and the Unrepresented Group, then the resolution
adopted by the City Council for wages, hours and conditions of employment
for said units shall be effective October 14, 1977.
