A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AI.IAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE ATCHISON,
TOPEKA. AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY "SANTA FE"),
AND THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY
"EDISON AND AUTHORIZI NG AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
(License No. BM-70083)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Edison have requested
permission from Santa Fe to install electrical distribution system
guy stubs and anchors on Orangethorpe Avenue, west of Kellogg Drive
and west of Imperial Highway; and
WHEREAS, a License Agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said License Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to draw a warrant in favor
of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company in the amount
of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars (5150.00) to be paid from Account
No. 55 -668- 6685- 04250 -58900 and that the same be forwarded to the
Office of the City Attorney for transmittal to the Atchison, Nopeka
and Santa Fe Railway Company.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day Of April, 197^.
