A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-364 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a
staff report dated March 20, 1990, that the salary range for the
classification of Engineering Support Services Supervisor be
adjusted effective September 29, 1989; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 89R-364 which established rates of compensation for
classifications designated as Middle Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that adjusting the salary range for the cqassificatton of
Engineering Support Services Supervisor is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counctq of the
City of Anaheim as follows=
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 89R~364 be amended by
adjusting the salary range for the following classification to read
as follows:
Engineering Support Services Supervisor X CR12
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Re~olutton No. 89R-364 is September 29, 1990.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 89R-364 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
