1979-209WHEREAS, on the 10th day of October, 1978, the City
of Anaheim entered into an Agreement providing, among other
things, that Donald J. Bushor, doing business as COM
Consultants, (hereinafter "Consultant would furnish
services to the City in connection with the study, analysis,
design, supervision of installation, and inspection of a
telephone system for City facilities to be completed within
180 days; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant
to amend said Agreement to provide for a sixty (60) day
extension of the completion date with no additional compensation;
and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to
the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED th t the terms and
conditions of said First Amendment to Agreement are hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said First
Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of
April 1979.
