A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A NONRESIDENTIAL RENTAL
AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY FOR THE PARK DIVISION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has sold. the Property at
113 Chartres Street to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to enter into a
Nonresidential Rental Agreement with the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency in order to provide office space for the Park Division
until the City Hall is constructed; and
WHEREAS, a Nonresidential Rental Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to
the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to enter into said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a lonresi-
dential Rental Agreement with the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
concerning the property at 113 Chartres Street for use by the
City Park Division be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Iayo.r and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of April, 1979.
