A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, an Agreement has heretofore been entered
into by and between the City of Anaheim and the State of
California dated January 17, 1978, relating to the assignment
of a certain City employee to the State of California; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to said Agreement was entered
into by and between the parties hereto dated April 18, 1978;
and
WHEREAS, a Second Amendment to said Agreement was
entered into by and between the parties hereto dated
September 5, 1978; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of said parties to
further amend said Agreement at this time; and
WHEREAS, a Third Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
Third Amendment to Agreement between the City of Anaheim and
the State of California for the assignment of a certain City
employee as more particularly described in said Third Amend-
ment to Agreement be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Third Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 79R -25
be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of
April 1979.
