A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF CERTAIN VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS TO
BELLA VISTA STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did, by resolution duly posted and published, give notice
of its intention to vacate and abandon the public street
or alley hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of April, 1979, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit
evidence concerning said proposed vacation and abandonment;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does find, from the evidence submitted, that the public
street or alley hereinafter specifically described is
unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and
abandonment of vehicular access rights vested in the City of
Anaheim, more specifically described as follows:
Any and all vehicular access rights, as recorded
in Book 7750, page 413, Official Records of
Orange County, for access on or to Bella Vista
Street across the southerly portion of the follow-
ing described property:
The South 252.00 feet of the North 318.00 feet of
the East half of the East half of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 51,
page 11, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the
seal of the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
