A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 79R -151 TO EXTEND THE BID DATE FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF 69 KV TRANSMISSION
LINES, ACCOUNT NO. 55- 668 6328 73520- 36400.
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Department has
recommended to the City Council that due to the complexity
of the 69 kV transmission line work, the contractors should
be given an extension of time for the opening of bids to
allow them to prepare more accurate and detailed bids; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
for the benefit and in the best interests of the City to
extend the bid date and award date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 79R -151, approved
on the 13th day of March, 1979, be and the same is hereby
amended to the following extent only:

1. That the opening of the bids shall be on the
19th day of April, 1979.
2. That the award of the contract shall be on
the 1st day of May, 1979.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as herein
above amended, said Resolution No. 79R -151 shall remain in
full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of
April, 1979.
