1979-183RESOLUTION NO. 79R -183 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON MENT OF A PORTION OF FEE ANA STREET SOUTH OF LA PALMA AVENUE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, by resolution duly posted and published, give notice of its in- tention to vacate and abandon the public street or alley herein after described; and WHEREAS, on the 5th day of December, 1979, a public hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence concerning said proposed vacation and abandonment; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find, from the evidence submitted, that the public street or alley hereinafter specifically described is unnecessary for pres- ent or prospective public street purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and aban- donment of a portion of Fee Ana Street, southerly of La Palma Avenue, more specifically described as follows: PARCEL I: That portion of Fee Ana Street, sixty (60) feet wide, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, bounded on the North by the northerly line and the easterly prolongation of the northerly line of the land described in Deed to Conrock Company, recorded August 1, 1974, in Book 11211, page 392, Official Records of said Orange County and bounded on the South by the northerly toe of the slope of the North levee of the Santa Ana River, said northerly toe of the slope being the northerly boundary of a previous Fee Ana Street aban- donment, recorded August 13, 1963, in Book 6673, page 347, Official Records of said Orange County. PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel bounded on the South by the North line of the herein above described Parcel 1, bounded on the West by the westerly line of Fee Ana Street, sixty two (62) feet wide, as shown on a Record of Survey Map, recorded in Book 94, page 40, records of said Orange County, bounded on the northeast by the arc of a curve concave northeasterly having a radius of 44.00 feet, being tangent to said North and westerly lines. PARCEL 3: Beginning at the intersection of the North line of the herein above described Parcel 1 and the Easterly line of Fee Ana Street, sixty two (62) feet wide, as shown on a Record of Survey Map, recorded in Book 94, page 40, records of said Orange County; thence S 89° 48' 10" W 18.00 feet to a point of cusp with a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 44.00 feet and to which point a radial line bears S 0 12' 38" E; thence easterly 18.54 feet along said curve through a central angle of 24° 08' 52 thence on a non tangent line S 0 12' 38" E to the point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the seal of the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of the County Re- corder of Orange County, California.
