1979-174WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim entered into a
Letter Agreement dated November 1, 1977, with Southern
California Edison Company, San Diego Gas Electric
Company and the City of Riverside which provided, among
other things, for the resolution of the Internal Revenue
Services' Revenue Ruling relating to investment tax credit
and the execution of the project participation agreements
by April 1, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the
termination date to July 1, 1979; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to said Letter Agree-
ment has been prepared, the terms and conditions of which
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said First Amendment are hereby approved and
accepted.
