1979-173WHEREAS, on the 7th day of December, 1976, the City of
Anaheim entered into an agreement with Boyle Engineering for engi-
neering and architectural services in connection with the design of
a two million gallon reservoir and pumping station in Anaheim Hills;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Boyle Engineering
to amend said Agreement to provide for increases in fees for ser-
vices due to delays in the project, extra design work, changes in
hydraulic conditions and City's decision to reject original bids
and consolidate the project into one bid package; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement has been prepared
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the First Amendment to Agreement with
Boyle Engineering be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said First Amendment on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of March, 1979.
