A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WRATHER HOTELS,
INC., WALT DISNEY PRODUCTIONS AND THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Walt Disney Productions (hereinafter "Disney
is the owner of certain real property located on either side of
West Street within the City of Anaheim, and leased to Wrather
Hotels, Inc. (hereinafter "Wrather and
WHEREAS, Disney, Wrather and the City of Anaheim desire
that two bus turnouts be constructed on such property; and
WHEREAS, a license agreement has been prepared relating
to the construction, maintenance and removal of said bus turnouts,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a license
agreement between Wrather Hotels, Inc., Walt Disney Productions,
and the City of Anaheim be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
license agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of March, 1979.
