A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH ANACAL
ENGINEERING CO. AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of July, 1976, the City
of Anaheim entered into an agreement with Anacal Engineering
Co. to furnish engineering services to the Public Works
Department of the City of Anaheim in connection with the
design and construction of storm drain facilities in an area
bounded by La Palma Avenue, Imperial Highway, Fee Ana Street
and the Santa Ana River; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Anacal
Engineering Co. to amend said Agreement of the 13th day of
July, 1976; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to said Agreement has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Amend-
ment to Agreement are acceptable to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment to Agreement are hereby approved
and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of
March 1979.
