1979-157A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH KEYSTONE
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION AND AUTHOR-
IZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is participating with
the California Housing Finance Agency in a Home Ownership
Home Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Operating
Agreement Keystone Savings and Loan Association (CHFA)"
(hereinafter "Agreement has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of
March 1979.
