A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON
i,NT OF WOODLAND DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did, by resolution duly posted and published, give notice of
its intention to vacate and abandon the public street or
alley hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of March, 1979, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation and abandonment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find, from the evidence submitted, that the public street or
alley hereinafter specifically described is unnecessary for
present or prospective public street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and
abandonment of Woodland Drive, an unimproved street, more
specifically described as follows:
That certain dedicated public road, commonly
known as Woodland Drive, located in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
All of that certain 64 -foot wide street known
as Woodland Drive, as shown on a parcel map
recorded in Book 126, pages 31, 32 and 33,
Parcel maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certi-
fied copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under
the seal of the City of Anaheim to be recorded in the Office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1 di day of
March, 1979.
