A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR STREET PURPOSES,
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION LOCATED ON
THE WEST SIDE OF WESTCHESTER DRIVE, SOUTH OF
LINCOLN AVENUE AND THE EAST SIDE OF AN UNNAMED
ALLEY, NOUTH OF DEL MONTE DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly posted and published, give notice of its in-
tention to vacate and abandon the public street or alley herein
after described; and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of March, 1979, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation and abandonment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find, from the evidence submitted, that the public street or
alley hereinafter specifically described is unnecessary for pres-
ent or prospective public street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and aban-
donment of certain easements for street purposes, irrevocably
offered for dedication located on the west side of Westchester
Drive, south of Lincoln Avenue and the east side of an unnamed
alley, north of Del Monte Drive, more specifically described as
follows:
That portion of the certain irrevocable offer of
dedication for street and alley purposes described
in document recorded September 21, 1961 as Instrument
No. 14306, Official Records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California described as follows:
Parcel 1: Lot "B" of Tract No. 3886 as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 151, Pages 8 through 10,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous laps, records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPTING therefrom the southerly 132.00 feet thereof.
Parcel 2: Lot "C" of Tract No. 3886 as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 151, Pages 8 through 10,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPTING therefrom the southerly 132.00 feet thereof.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified cony of
this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the seal of the
City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of the County Re-
corder of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day_ f March, 1979.
