1979-141WHEREAS, on the 21st day of November, 1978, the City of
Anaheim and the Los Angeles Rams Football Company did enter into
a Lease Agreement of property generally known as the Juliette Low
Elementary School and more particularly described therein; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto do mutually amend one section
therein to reflect a change in the duties and obligations of the
parties; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests to both parties to
enter into this Amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of a First Amendment to Lease Agreement with the Los Angeles
Rams Football Company in connection with the Juliette Low Elemen-
tary School be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said First Amendment to
Lease Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13thday of March, 1979.
