A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY
COMPANY (Cerritos Avenue Crossing #2- 169.7).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim's Public Utility
desires to add a second 69kV circuit on the Lewis Dowling
line at :Mile Post 169 +3500.2 feet, Cerritos Avenue crossing
#2 -169.7 near South Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, a license agreement has been prepared
whereby the City of Anaheim will be authorized to construct
said circuit across The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway Company's tracks at said location; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said license
agreement are acceptable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said license agreeement are hereby approved
and accepted..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of
March 1979.
