1979-127WHEREAS, the developer of Tract No. 8793 within the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
(hereinafter "Tract has heretofore installed certain
landscaping improvements and an irrigation system for a
portion of said Tract; and
WHEREAS, said improvements, in whole or part, do
not comply with City of Anaheim standards and specifications
and have, therefore, not been accepted by the City for
maintenance purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Shores Owners Association is
willing to perpetually maintain said improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
Agreement between the City of Anaheim and Anaheim Shores
Owners Association be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day
of March 1979
