A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYI1vG THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW
RATE OF COMPENSATION FOR EXISTING JOB CLASS
OF ZO.NING ENFORCEMENT SPECIALIST.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director recommended in a
staff report dated February 27, 1979, to the City Council that the
rate of pay for the classification of Zoning Enforcement Specialist
be adjusted upward; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does not
find that such adjustment is in the best interest of the City.
N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the establishment of a new rate of compensa-
tion for the Zoning Enforcement Specialist be, and the same is
hereby, denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day March, 1979.
