1979-120WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Orange County
Manpower Commission has previously entered into an Agreement No.
H88888 dated May 25, 1976, as amended from time to time, in con-
nection with a Management Information System; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify said Agreement to
extend the term and to amend the payment rate schedule thereof;
and
WHEREAS, Amendment Four to Agreement No. H88888 has
this date been submitted, the terms and conditions of which are
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of Amendment
Four to Agreement No. H38888 between the City of Anaheim and the
Orange County Manpower Commission be, and they are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said Amendment on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
