A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Services Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq. Government
Code) in connection with the vacation and abandonment of public
service easements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, by resolution duly posted
and published, give notice of its intention to abandon the follow-
ing described public service easement (hereinafter "Easement
to wit:
That portion of a public utility easement described
in deed recorded September 14, 1958 in Book 7665,
page 803, Official Records, located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, de-
scribed as follows:
The easterly 334.55 feet of the southerly five feet
of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
9, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, partly in the
Rancho Los Coyotes and partly in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon de Santa Ana, as per map recorded in Book 51,
page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; and
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of February, 1979, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed abandonment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find from the evidence submitted to it, that said Easement is un-
necessary for Present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and abandonment
of said Easement.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this Resolution and. Order, attested by her under the seal of
the City of Anaheim to be recorded in the Office of the County Re-
corder of Orange County, California.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of February,
1979.
