RESOLUTION NO. 79R_97
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH ALTA CALIFORNIA SERVICES INC. TO
PROVIDE CATV CONSULTING SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is desirous of
obtaining consulting services and assistance in updating
its CATV franchise operation ordinances to current
standards; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has, on the 14th
day of December, 1978, requested proposals regarding such
management and technical consulting services; and
WHEREAS, Alta California Services Inc. is an
experienced, qualified, and professional communication firm
and desires to assist the City of Anaheim in its current
CATV problems; and
WHEREAS, an agreement to perform said services
has been submitted; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City
to approve said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the
terms and conditions of the Agreement this day submitted
between Alta California Services Inc. and the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
