A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI APPROVING THE TERNS AND CONDITIONS
OF A GRE=NT WITH JHK AND ASSOCIATES
CONNECTION WITH A SPEED/ACCIDENT STUDY AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE NIAYOR AND CITY
CLER TO F,XECUTE SAID AGREENENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a Si
Accident Study; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
JHK and. Associates will furnish services in connection with
such study; and
WHEREAS, the terms and .conditions of said areement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the trms and
conditions of said areement are hereby ennroyed and acceptd.

be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to excut
said aFreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
