=11EAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1961 (Section 8300 et seq., Streets and highway
Code) in connection with requests for vacation and abandonment
of public streets located within the City of Anaheim.
NOT', TPEREF0',E, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to •ublic use the following described
alleys, to wit:
1. That certain public alley located approximately
147 feet east of Harbor Boulevard, extending
southerly from Chartres Street to a point ap-
proximately 185 feet southerly thereof
2. That certain public alley located parallel to
and approximately 140 feet north of Lincoln
Avenue, extending from Harbor Boulevard to
Helena Street
as said alleys are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office of
the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.11., or as soon there-
after as the natter may be heard, in the Council Charber in the
City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
February 27, 1979
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE') that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaPer of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
